無針輸液器由騏峰開發生產，並獲得多個國家的專利。與第一代相比，Gen2免針輸液系列採用中性壓力設計，可最大限度地降低插入物的壓力並拔出針頭，從而減輕患者壓力變化帶來的不適感。
本產品不包含金屬部件，以避免部件故障或影響MRI。配件符合ISO 594標準並完成測試，可適用任何符合ISO 594標準的輸液產品。外殼和隔膜材料使用醫用級聚碳酸酯和醫用級矽膠，易於在手術過程中查看流體通道，生物兼容性測試通過，抗脂質和酒精。矽膠可激活多達200次驅動，並且可移動表面密封在外殼頂部周圍，以創建第一個微生物屏障保護，並且能夠阻擋血液殘留於免針腔內，二次防護病患血液栓塞的風險。
根據熒光素染料測試，當斷開並擦拭表面時，熒光染料沒有殘留在可擦表面上。當需要在高壓輸液治療中使用Gen 2免針系列時，它有型號＃16C002提供高壓輸液治療，它可承受來自管道的高達22.8kg / cm2（325PSI）的壓力。
